Welcome to Golfview! We are a mid-sized, but vibrant community of snowbirds and full-time residents. We like to boast that we still have some of our original owners. We are a close-knit group with many activities available. We are also noted as being one of the friendliest neighborhoods.

We are one of three maintained communities; our quarterly HOA fees pay for lawn care, bush trimming, annual house washing, and our private screened pool. To keep up to date on what is happening in the neighborhood, we have a weekly electronic newsletter.

We are one of the initial dozen villages. Golfview was an experiment to attract snowbirds. Roughly a third of our current residents are snowbirds. We have Men’s and Fun Golf Leagues in the winter, winter cornhole, year-round ladies’ luncheons, year-round social activities, and a healthy HOA.

We are small enough that you are noticed, but big enough to give you privacy. One of the many reasons we call Golfview home.
