73+ Homes | Opened in 2004

Riverside is a welcoming community with 73 homes located between Dilly Marsh and Cranes Roost Golf hole 8. The community has a Steering Committee that coordinates the many activities for its residents. Meetings are held as necessary on the second Monday of the month in Ashley Hall at 7 PM.

The association offers many activities that give neighbors the opportunity to meet their fellow residents. There are numerous social events during the months of October through May plus other summer activities for the full-time residents.

These include a “Wine Tasting Social” each month where the ten couples in attendance provide samples of their favorite wine; we set up a community “Dine Out Night” at a local restaurant and a four couple “Dine Around”. We are also starting a Libation Creation night. More to come on that exciting event.

Also scheduled are a Monthly Ladies Luncheon, card games and special events where, for instance, we meet in a cul-de-sac for a potluck or other social event.

Our committees include Emergency Preparedness, Welcoming and Bereavement and much, much more.

We are always open to new ideas for socializing as we feel it is important to get to know each other.
