Located just off Plantation Boulevard immediately west of the Palatkalaha River bridge, Waterbridge Village is on a 200-yard street named Waterbridge Court. The village began in 1996 with construction of three showcase houses at the entry. From this start, a total of eighteen homes were built and finished by 2000. Each had a pair of oak trees and was completed in accordance with special provisions of a Waterbridge[1]unique amendment to the HOA Covenants. This provides house construction and finish specifications, such as brick or stone wainscoting and decorative styling of entry doors. The community is bordered by the 17th hole of the Otter Creek golf course on the west and south and the Palatkalaha River on the East. The views are splendid, with none of the homes having a rear neighbor. There are four original owners residing in Waterbridge and the residents are a mix of ages, enjoying get togethers such as block parties, ladies’ luncheons, sponsored Valentines Day dances, and other activities.
